Why can't I log in?
Ensure your email is verified and your JWT session has not expired. If device limits are exceeded, revoke an existing instance from your dashboard.
What does device limit reached mean?
Your subscription plan enforces a maximum number of active device instances. Upgrade your plan or revoke unused devices.
SECURITY PROTOCOLS
How are sessions secured?
TigerKing GCS uses encrypted HTTPS transport and HTTP-only cookies with JWT-based authentication.
Can I share my login token?
No. Sharing JWT tokens or session cookies violates our security policy and may result in suspension.
SUBSCRIPTION & TRIAL
How does the 7-day trial work?
Each account is eligible for a one-time trial. Trial access expires automatically after 7 days.
What happens after expiration?
Access to protected features will be restricted until a paid subscription is activated.
